Terms of delivery

Delivery takes place on the territory of mainland Greece:

• Delivery of Greespi packages throughout mainland Greece is free
• Full prepayment is our only condition: the shelf life of greespi in the department is limited, so it cannot be returned if the recipient does not show up.
• Products are delivered frozen by courier to the address specified by the client at the time specified by the client (within the company's working hours).
• Orders received and paid by 3:00 PM to Thessaloniki are shipped the same day, except Sundays and holidays. Orders made to any other city in mainland Greece are delivered the next day.
• Acceptance of products in terms of quantity and quality is carried out by the recipient (customer) at the time of handing over the products to him. After receiving, the products are returned and cannot be exchanged.
• If, for any reason, you could not receive the parcel at the time specified by you (with a confirmed order), you must definitely contact the support service (using the "Contact us" widget and inform about a new delivery time.
