Rules of the Partnership program

1. General Provisions

1.1. Each user who successfully registers on greespi.com automatically becomes a participant in the Partnership Program (hereinafter – the "Program") and agrees to comply with its rules.
1.2. Participation in the Program is permitted only for adults (18+) who are not residents of Belarus, Russia, Afghanistan, Venezuela, or other countries subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom.
1.3. The Program is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful – in court at the place of registration of the respondent.

2. Program Description

2.1. The Partnership Program is a feature of greespi.com that allows users to earn points for their own purchases, as well as for purchases made by others through their partnership link.
2.2. Collected points can be exchanged for discounts, products, or cash rewards (if the user is verified as a business partner).
2.3. A partnership link is a unique URL containing a partner identifier (e.g., ref=1001) used to track purchases made through a referral.
2.4. A business partner is a user who:

  • has passed identity verification via an accredited service;

  • has submitted their banking details in their account;

  • is eligible to receive monetary rewards for accumulated points.

3. Point Accrual

3.1. Points are awarded in the following cases:

  • 5% of the total amount of your first order, if made via a partnership link;

  • 5% of each order amount made by users who purchased through your partnership link.

3.2. The amount of awarded points may be changed unilaterally by Greespi for the purpose of adjusting to changes in marketing strategy, product pricing, market conditions, or other business factors. All changes are communicated via email.
3.3. If any errors in point accrual are detected, users may contact customer care via the chat widget (bottom right corner) or by email at care@greespi.com. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

4. Use of Points

4.1. Points may be used to:

  • pay for orders in full or in part;

  • redeem items from the merch section;

  • receive a monetary reward (for verified business partners).

4.2. Exchange rate: 1 point = 1 currency unit in the currency used for the purchase.

5. Merch Delivery

5.1. Merch redeemed with points is delivered together with the next placed order.

6. Partnership Links

6.1. Each user receives a unique partnership link.
6.2. For each order made through this link, the user receives points according to current terms.
6.3. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own partnership link) are prohibited.

7. Partnership and Monetary Rewards

7.1. To become an official business partner and be eligible for monetary rewards, a user must apply through their account and pass verification via veriff.com.
7.2. Upon successful verification, the user obtains business partner status.
7.3. Payouts are processed between the 1st and 15th of each month, provided the user has at least 200 points.
7.4. The minimum withdrawal threshold may be changed by the administration.

8. Taxes

8.1. Each partner is independently responsible for tax compliance under the laws of their country of residence. The company is not a tax agent.

9. Verification and Security

9.1. The company reserves the right to block or terminate user accounts in the event of fake registrations or suspicious activity.
9.2. All verified business partners are authenticated through an accredited service.

10. Use of Partner Content

10.1. By participating in the Program, the user grants the company the right to use their name, public content, reviews, and other materials for marketing purposes without additional consent.
10.2. Each partner bears legal responsibility for spreading false or damaging information about the Greespi brand.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1. The company reserves the right to change or terminate the Program at any time.
11.2. All users will be notified of changes 30 days prior to their effective date.
11.3. Accumulated points will not be voided and may be used or withdrawn until fully redeemed by the user.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Greespi is not liable for delays in point accrual, payout processing, or errors caused by technical issues, third-party actions, or force majeure events.
12.2. All services are provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or guaranteed outcomes.

13. Fraudulent Activities

13.1. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • creating fake accounts;

  • using bots;

  • self-referrals;

  • other forms of partnership program manipulation.
    13.2. In case of violations, the company has the right to:

  • block the account without compensation;

  • cancel unpaid rewards;

  • report the user to authorities in case of legal violations.

14. Acceptance of Terms

14.1. By participating in the Greespi Partnership Program, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms in full.
