Greespi is delivered to you frozen in a heat-protected box, which will contain a certain number of servings (30, 60, 90 or more) depending on your order. Greespi should be stored in your refrigerator freezer. This is very important, because the product does not contain any preservatives or stabilizers (as they are harmful to your health). When it is time to take it (it can be any time convenient for you in the middle of the day), take out one sachet of Greespi and leave it in a glass of water (without opening) for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, remove from the glass, open the sachet, squeeze the contents into a clean cup and dilute with cool water. Stir until smooth and drink.

I've been drinking greespi for about 4-5 months and feel great. I tried the product on recommendation to get rid of warts on my hand.
